Subcutaneous (SubQ) peptides require specific supplies for preparation and administration. Please review the following list and have everything on hand before your order arrives.

1. Insulin Syringes (Disposable)

You will need insulin syringes for SubQ administration.

  • Capacity: 0.5 mL or 1 mL

  • Recommendation: 0.5 mL is preferred for smaller doses.

  • Gauge: 30G or 31G (the higher the gauge number, the thinner the needle).

  • Needle length: 5/16 inch or 1/2 inch.

  • Recommendation: 5/16-inch needle length.

2. Alcohol Prep Wipes

Have alcohol wipes available for proper cleaning and preparation of the vial stopper and injection site.

3. Reconstitution Supplies (If Applicable)

If your peptide requires reconstitution and you have been instructed to do this yourself, you will need one of the following:

  • 0.5 mL or 1 mL insulin syringe OR a 3 mL Luer Lock lab syringe
